Mr. Rodriguez has been involved in various aspects of real estate for over 11 years. Most recently, Mr. Rodriguez performed receivership and workout services for Douglas Wilson Companies for nearly four (4) years. During that time he provided project management, homeowner’s association services, and general business services to projects located throughout the United States. He has managed 27 receiverships including over 450,000 SF of retail strip centers primarily located in the Western United States, over 400,000 SF of office space located in Las Vegas and Texas and various residential properties, notably a 16 story luxury condominium development that included a significant leasing program located in Southern California. Prior to joining Douglas Wilson Companies, he was a mortgage banker and was responsible for aggregating and selling over $750 million worth of residential home loans on the secondary market. He also negotiated over $350 million worth of bulk note purchase and sale agreements and managed a $100 million credit facility.

Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of Brown University and completed the 2009 Loyola School of Law’s California Receiver’s Forum Receivership Law and Practice training. He is a California licensed Real Estate Broker (BRE # 01841759), a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management working towards a CPM designation and a Realtor. He currently serves as the treasurer for the Capria Home Owner’s association, a 134 member community in San Diego. In his spare time, he is active in recruiting for Brown University and is a former co-chair of the Alumni School Committee in San Diego.
